How long does delivery take?
Allow a minimum of 5 days and up to 10 days for most orders worldwide. We'll always let you know if your order will take longer. Need it sooner? Speedier delivery options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with no additional tariffs or fees. Wherever you are, your print will find you.
How is my print packaged?
Unframed prints are typically rolled and packaged in a cardboard tube, protected with chemical-free tissue paper. Some prints arrive in flat cardboard packaging instead. Framed orders arrive pre-assembled and ready to hang, packaged securely in cardboard with protective wrapping.
What size prints do you offer?
Sizes vary by artwork and artist, ranging from A5 all the way up to A0. Check the individual product page for the sizes available for each piece.
Do prints come framed?
Only if you add a frame to your order. If you do, your print arrives pre-assembled in the frame and ready to hang straight away — no extra work needed.
What paper and printing process do you use?
Every print is produced on 250gsm museum-quality, matte archival paper — FSC-certified, naturally white, and uncoated. Frames are made from responsibly sourced oak and ash wood, available in white, black, and natural wood finishes. All framed orders include a hanging kit so you're ready to go from the moment it arrives.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need to cover the cost of returning the goods. If you have any questions about a return, email us at hello@odd-wall.com.
My print arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email hello@odd-wall.com with your order details and photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement straight away.
Are these prints exclusive to Odd Wall?
Yes. Every artwork in our collection is exclusively licensed to Odd Wall — you won't find these prints anywhere else.
How do artists benefit from a sale?
Every artist receives a minimum of 50% of profits from sales of their work. No exceptions.
